Clean rooms and great breakfast

helpful staff quick check-in fresh food
The staff were helpful, and check-in was quick. The room was clean and tidy I noticed. Breakfast included waitress service. The food seemed fresh. There was also plenty of parking, IMPORTANT.
My room got quite warm, but there was no air conditioning, which would have helped. The Main Road made it a bit noisy when the window was open.
Facilities
9/10
Onsite parking is available , and the hotel is located near canal cycle route 2. The hotel also offers easy road access for those arriving from the east, convenient. A communal lounge is also available for use.
Service

Dining
9/10
The hotel serves a substantial breakfast, which includes a full english breakfast. Breakfast is not buffet style, but is instead served at the table. The breakfast provided an excellent start to the day.

free parking fresh food convenient feature paper thin walls blackout blind door window
the hotel offers free parking, a convenient feature. breakfast included a waitress service and fresh food. i also found that the hotel is close to family i was visiting (which was very handy).
the walls felt paper thin, so noise traveled easily. a blind in the bathroom was not a blackout blind. the door from the bathroom to the bedroom had a window, allowing morning sun to stream in.

awesome stay!

bright area large tv big fan
the hotel is immaculate! a bright, lovely area serves breakfast, and a beautiful lounge has a large tv. our room was lovely. hosts provided a nice, big fan, very much needed since it was so hot and didn't cool down much at night. it's near the quay and about a 15-minute walk into the city centre. we stayed with fellow football fans.
the room's carpet was too dark.
